What an incredibly busy two weeks!!!! We (here in the Tate house) all think...in a few weeks this will all slow down....but it never does in fact it seems to be getting worse. JT and I have been hard at work, and then the house and the family on top of it leaves little breathing room. I just have to keep reminding my self that that is in fact a real blessing and that I can rest when I am dead....but lately I have been needing sometime to recharge...

We took some time last week to celebrate and just go have fun, we had a nice family fun night. We celebrated Brock's 12th birthday, that seems unreal, he was the ring bearer in our wedding....We ate with Alan, Tina, Matt, Shawnah and Brock @ Red Robin and then went to the JOY FM family fun night at swing around fun town.

<----------HERE IS A PIC OF BROCK GETTING SUNG TO!!! he hated it. :)

JT had been eagerly looking forward to this night, because he wanted to ride go karts with Kennedy. I was very nervous about it, but she had a blast. They waited and waited and waited in line and finally after about 40 minutes they made it to the front and got a car!!!! Kennedy almost backed out more than once, but when she finally got the car she was stoked. It had two steering wheels, ***so Daddy did the gas and break and Kennedy drove *** WINK WINK

Kennedy was adorable she would take her hands of the wheel and wave as she passed and just GRIN. It was adorable.

With Kennedy starting school I have made many changes in my sched. Because of that we have certain days we do certain things. Wed is friend fun day. So we went to the park with Kennedy's cousins Grace and Braden. The kids had a nice time playing and I had a nice time catching up with my sis in law Vicki.

Then on Sat after much debate we attended Jeremy's 1o year high school reunion. He had a really nice time catching up with old friends...I however suffered from smoke inhalation, but Jt bought me some nice new duds..so I guess the lung damage was worth it. He also took me to the Cheesecake Factory. Yumm-o! We ate our favorites and then got some white choc. raspberry cheese cake after.

I also turned 26 this week. We were blessed with a lovely surprise, my mom came to visit me for my birthday. She surprised me at the door with these beautiful flowers.

She also took me to the Pasta House for my birthday dinner. We had a nice time and my grandma and her had fun getting the wait staff to sing the birthday song to me. JT and Kennedy gifted me with cards and new Nike Shox, as well as a chefs knife. I got many lovely gifts from so many people who love me...Thanks to everyone!!!!!

My moms visit worked out lovely because she was able to to attend Grandparents Day with Kennedy at school. I know Kennedy doesn't know what a big deal that was, but I was very happy my mom was able to be there for that. So all in all it was a busy birthday but a blessed one. I have not heard much about what Grandparents day was all about but I know Kennedy was really happy about it...My mom Grandma Mary, Grandma Becky, and Alan were all able to go. Kennedy has so much love in her life....its just awesome..

Anyway I have got to get to bed...keep an eye out for Kennedy's gymnastics pictures and updates on a new blog I hope to start.....:)
