We have had such a fun week. Kennedy has been stiffly and a bit on the sick side, but praise God that is all it has really amounted to. So we have had fun playing games and making projects. She and I made this really cute valentine countdown calendar. WE had a blast.

And here are our results. The calendar has little tabs with cool things to do leading up to valentines, such as make cookies for a neighbor and give flowers to a friend. I think its a great way to get into the spirit of loving one and other.

And of course the weather all around our beautiful nation has been FRIGID. Well today it snowed here. I had to run a bunch of errands during the begining of the snow. Grocery store, Eye doc, post office. When we arrived home there was a nice blanket of snow on the ground so while I unloaded the groceries I let Kennedy play in the drive way. I think it is so funny how kids love snow.

This is so funny to me...my mom always told me i should be a weather girl...that’s sort of like talkshow host...right...

I finally got to see this movie I have been dying to see. It is rare for me to go see a movie, and even more rare for me to go see a girly one. One of my all time favs is 13 going on 30, Jenifer Garner is so adorable. When I saw the commercials for this one I felt that same 13 going on 30 feeling and I had to go. My almost mom and my almost sis went with me. I was stoked because i got much needed girl time with some peple who I just adore and we did a bunch of my fav. things. SCORE!!!!!!!!! We ate at Qdoba first...YUMMO! and then did a wee bit of shopping (i talk about shopping and suddenly I'm Irish...LOL!) Then off to the movies. We had such a fantastic time. The movie had some very funny parts and It was one of those feel good stories with a range of emotion and a bit of sarcasm. LOVED IT!!!! I hate going to the movies and feeling sad when I leave...this movie left me feeling great. The language in the movie wasn't my fav the whole time, but you almost can't go to the movies anymore with out hearing fowl language. So all in all I would watch it again.

In other news I have been doing design work for CHA. 3 Bugs came out with some really cute stuff. The are all just perfect for scrapping occasions. The industry is really moving back to its roots in that respect. I love the stuff I have been seeing.
