Feels Like TODAY

As usual we have found ways to keep ourselves very busy.

Kennedy is really growing by leaps and bounds. She is such a joy to be around. She is really developing her own thoughts and perceptions of the world and people in her life. I find her accuracy amazing. She is also beginning to love to do her own thing. She has developed a love to build cities and structures as well as a deep intrest in drawing and doing art. Her detail is awesome. I had a teacher friend over the other day and she was blown away at some of Kennedy's art...and really so am I.

Jeremy has been working and busy quiet a bit lately so Kennedy and I have had a lot of girl time. On Friday we stayed in and watched The Fox and the Hound, made mini pizza's and ate ice cream. We had so much fun. Kennedy really liked the movie, but more than that she liked getting her own orange push pop.

On Sat we loaded up and went to the apple orchard. This is a family tradition that I have carried on and we just have such a great time. Alan, Tina, Shawnah, and Brock went along with us. We ate dinner, shopped, picked apples, and had lots of laughs. Kennedy rode the ponies and she loved it, it was cool. The also had a camel there and she really wanted to ride it...but mean old Dad said no. No worries though we fed the goats and admired the pigs, kangaroos, and llammas. Before leaving JT was so sweet and he surprised me with a Carmel apple, my fav.

We are just starting fall, and I am so excited. We have so many fun things planned. I am really looking forward to our annual pumpkin carving, and of course Halloween.
