I have chose Friday's to post my weekly blessings. So here it goes.

Blessing Poured out for the week of Dec28-Jan2- 2009
1. Getting to go enjoy a movie with my family. It was so nice to snuggle my daughter as we shared a giant popcorn a Pepsi. Those are little moments I never want to forget.

2. Nothing can separate me from Gods love. No matter what my shortcomings, flaws, actions, or feelings God's love is constant. Wow...that is a really awesome one (Romans 8:28-35)

3. We all have more than one warm coat. ( I know that may seem lame, but really it is a blessing)

4.I get to see the worlds most beautiful smile each and every day, my daughters.

5. I have a hard working husband. Although sometimes I don't like how much he has to work. I am very blessed to have a husband who is willing to work hard so I can be home with my daughter more and take care of my family the way I feel led to do.

We had a fun day of lounging yesterday and I just got to sit and relax and enjoy the people I love most. I was actually able to just scrapbook most of the day, it was so nice.

Also Kennedy had been asking me to cut her hair, and I had been kindly ignoring her, but yesterday she convinced me to cut her some bangs and give her a slightly different style. I didn't like the idea, but I did as she asked..she said she wanted them cause Tink has bangs...what was I gonna say to that really!? I didn't like the do last night, but I am getting more used to it today. She loves it and I think JT really liked it too. So here she is with her new do...let me know what you think....

Well it is that time of year for reflection and looking forward onto the next year. Although I have many small personal and spiritual goals and plans for the months ahead ( i believe goals need to be broke down so they are not so overwhelming). I chose to make some personal resolutions for the year...so here they are...

Lots to share...

Lets go to the time warp again and check out some photos from Kennedy's birthday party. She had such a lovely time and all of her family was able to make it. We threw a Tinkerbell party.

<--My extremely sweet and talented friend Narah volunteered to make make these for me. I did bake them and mix the homemade icing...but she was the decorator and they were gorgeous darling! K loved them. (so did mommy)

We really had such a great party. Kennedy was excited cause Mr. Donny came, she loves him. He brought her a special gift...she thought that was sooooo crazy!

We also had family photo taken for my Mom and Burt for Christmas. I have been asked to share some. So I will.

Okay so in other happenings....I got my ears pierced the other night. My friend Narah so had to hold my hand cause I was way scared. I let my holes close up and had really been wanting them done, so I went...I read that having the extra sparkle around your face makes you look younger, and we all know I want to look as young as possible.

Other than that we have been cleaning and getting back to the swing of things after vacation and the Christmas Holiday.

We had a very lovely and blessed Christmas Season. Each of us was blessed with more than we needed. I am gonna take you on a tour of all our Christmas time visits and blessings...so we are going back in time a bit here.....just stick with me.


We had Christmas with my mom and stepdad before our trip and I never got to post pictures, so I will do that now. Kennedy had a great time when they were here. We all did. Grandma and Kennedy made a gingerbread house.



Kennedy played Lincoln Logs with both mom and Burt.

While they were here we enjoyed a few local restaurants including Imo's, (St.Louis style pizza)


We crammed lots of family time and joy in.

On the Sat before we left for vacation we met Tina and Alan in town for our annual Christmas Parade of Lights. It was a chilly night, but fun. Afterward we hung out a bit.

The very next day Kennedy and her cousins made Christmas cookies with their grandmas. They all had a great and very silly time.









Then we went on vacation.....you already know all about that....

On to our Christmas celebrations. We had Christmas Eve at my in laws, like every year. There was one major difference. My dear mother in law had just been released from the hospital after having a very bad fall that resulted in a very bad injury and surgery...so I offered to do what I know how and I cooked. We enjoyed lots of good food and time together, as well as watching the kids rip open Santa's entire sleigh :)

Kennedy's major gifts were a light up Sleeping Beauty doll, the Tinkerbell Movie, a violin, and a Barbie karaoke type machine. She loved the violin. JT got custom floor mats for his car, and he gave me a wii fit. The wii fit is really fun I am looking forward to using it daily.

I have so many pictures I have not posted even half. We also celebrated Christmas with Tina and Alan, and my dear friend Narah and her sweet kids. We were just so blessed to be surrounded with family and friends in this season and pray to be blessed with that in the coming year as well.
