I sure have been keeping myself busy while Kennedy has been at school. I have been hard at work around the house doing cleaning projects and just organizing. I have re organized the kitchen and hall cabinets/closets. I started going through old clothes to send to goodwill, I have cleaned bathrooms, waxed floors and deeply dusted. Iwould love to get the carpets cleaned soon too...I am feeling ambitious today :)

I have also been cooking a lot. I have strated OAMC, once a month cooking, but I am doing it more as I can, than once a month. I like the idea of having my freezer stocked with home made items that are like convience items you can buy at the store. I checke out sites like dream dinners and 30 day gourmet and found inspiration and recipies. I am having quite a bit of fun with the matter. I have made mac and cheese for the freezer, mashed potoatoes, chiken cordon bleu, home made pizza pockets (they are quiet delicious if i do say so my self). What I am really liking about it is it is a money saver and I know what I am putting in my family's body.

Here are some pictures of some things I have made....

<----I am super proud of these little guys. I made whole wheat crosant dough from scratch and then filled them with chicken cordon bleu style filling and made the best tasting pizza style pockets. Yummo!
We also got a new Wii game. We love our Wii and Kennedy is now to the age were she is starting to be fun to play with. So we play as a family. We really enjoy playing Mario Party 8 together. It has lots of mini games perfect for a little one to play, and it plays like a board game, so it is the perfect family game.

Kennedy is still really liking school for those of you who are wondering. So far all she really tells us about is recess, but that will change...I hope.
TTFN.
