Well we have had a very busy and super uneventful summer....well not really...it has been pretty full of crazy events and goings on. We celebrated JT's birthday in June, we both helped teach vacation Bible school while Kennedy participated. We celebrated the 4th with family, and took Kennedy to her first outdoor lake type experience (regrettably I have no pics...I am a LOOSER), Kennedy went swimming with friends and got a scary rash...Oh and Jt was in a car accident...so it's been busy.

Here are some VBS pics. I taught youth and we had a great group. Jt and Kara one of our youth girls did Recreation. Here they are filling water balloons. Jt has done Rec for like eight years and he is famous for having cool water games.
Kennedy had a great time at VBS, her teacher was Tina who she loves, and she made lots of new friends. She learned and had a great time. At the end of the week we were so tired...

We went to watch the town fireworks show, Kennedy hates the noise so she and I sat in the car, which was fine cause it was actually kind of cold. She eventually went to go sit with her great Uncle Cliff and he was able to get her calm during the noise. We celebrated the actual 4th with Tina and Alan and there extended family at "the lake". That was a little more outdoorsy than I am custom to, but Kennedy loved it. She got to try her hand at some fishing...she didn't catch anything but she did have fun. She really enjoyed the fireworks show there...NO tears. So all in all it was a very good time.
We were blessed to be invited to the home of the Click's for Kennedy to play with her friend Macey. They went swimming and played so nicely together. Kennedy had a great time. Sadly she developed a strange rash after swimming we still don't know the cause...but it ending up being all fine...just scared me a bit.

I got the new fall releases from Three Bugs in a Rug. Very very cute stuff. Here are the projects they asked me to make for there booth at the Summer CHA show. You can check out the full lines on the web site www.threebugsinarug.com
We had our annual family photos taken. They turned out lovely. Here are the ones of our little family. I really think they look cute. My niece and nephew's photos were adorable and I had to resist posting them. Check Vicki's blog for them I am sure she will put them up soon...we both have such darling kids. :)
Well lastly on Friday Jt was involved in a very scary accident. The car he was riding is was hit by a tractor trailer. Very scary. Praise God! every person in the car had minor injuries. God was truly watching over all of them (his mom and brother were also in the car).
I will update again when we are back from our mission camp. TTFN.
