Today marks the first day of my south beach diet. south beach is like NO carbs for two weeks, then it works by using the right carbs, or what we know as the glycemic index. So I have to eat eggs, so not a fan of that, and a lot of meat. Its only for two weeks and then it will be smooth sailing. Two weeks will go by fast and hopefully the weight will go away quickly too!
Start weight 164
Goal weight 140
I have 24 pounds to loose.
I am going to blog my journey and do my "weigh in" on Fridays. For those of you who actually read this blog, please leave me encouragement and kick my tushie when I am slacking. Some of my online pals are doing a diet with me ( I think they are doing WW) so we will be helping each other through.
