We had an amazing experience. I just can't say enough good things. (I could say some things to complain about....but i won't)The bus ride went so well and Kennedy was just so excited to ride our Church bus...after 6.5 hours she was still excited!
We got there just in time and the very first day was sooooo stressful. God had something amazing in store for us though.
The evangalizt that was speaking at the camp, Wade Morris, was amazing. One of the best I have ever heard! He was just really on a great level with the youth and the adults. The band and wade posed for a pic with Kennedy and the girls that we brought to camp.(the girls were soooooo excited) Spur 58 was the band and they ROCKED! I really loved them.
Camp was so cool because I really bonded with our youth. I could just feel God at work. I learned so much! I came home with a new attitude about God! Its easy to say you will put him first in your life, but for the first time in my life I can feel that in my heart. I know God has a plan for Jt and me, as well as Kennedy. And I am so excited to be involved in the lives of our youth becuase God has great plans for them as well....
Kennedy loved swimming at camp! She made friends with eveyone there...Really they all knew her name. TOOOO funny!
Thats all for now. Please be in prayer for the youth of our church and my husband and I as we try our best to guide them.
